What to Expect on Your First Appointment

If this is your first visit please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork.

Please bring all insurance information, medical records, photo Identification as well as any accident information with you (if applicable).

Initial consultations may take from 15-30 minutes or even longer due to case to case basis. Sessions can be scheduled after initial consultation if needed.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency contact 911 for immediate assistance.
